VENTS D'ANGES - Côtes de Bergerac red

The Cuvée "Les Vents D'Anges" is the fruit of a plot selection and a harvest by hand. The vinification process is the same as the "Tradition" red and the "Laurence" cuvée.
 The process differs after pressing, where the wine is put into barrels.
 The cuvée "Les Vents d'Anges" has an intense color, a very aromatic nose and superb complexity.
 On the palate, it shows all its potential as an exceptional wine for aging.
 Thanks to the aging in barrels , the cuvée has supple, well-supported tannins and a well-integrated oak.
