 It is harvested by hand .
 It is vinified in barrels for 12 months.

 The Font Romaine cuvée benefits from the best grapes and the best plots. Indeed, we choose, on the plot, the best grapes which are harvested on calcareous soils.
 Very often these grapes come from the oldest vines where the production of grapes is limited, but the grapes are much more qualitative.
 The concentration of sugars is optimal, which is necessary for the preparation of a great Monbazillac.
