ÉCLAT DE FRUIT - Dry Bergerac
This Bergerac offers a delectable freshness, a very fruity nose and palate.
It has the necessary acidity / sweetness balance in order to produce a quality dry white wine, expressive, elegant, fruity and fresh.
The contribution of sauvignon allows to develop a fresh wine with aromas of fruits such as peach, citrus fruits such as orange and lemon on the nose and in the mouth. It can be released on the nose with aromas of white flowers and blackcurrant buds.
Of course, the organoleptic result of the grape varieties depends on the vintage effect, the terroir and the cultivation and winemaking techniques implemented by the winemaker.
Bergerac sec is composed of 80% sauvignon blanc and 20% sauvignon gris.
